Gift card

You can purchase and use gift cards throughout the Fami Group network: "sela", "Cool Club", "Penti", "LC Waikiki" (Mashtots 18, Komitas 46), "Fami" multi-brand stores and on the website https://new.fami.am/. The gift card amount can be used partially or in full. The card is subject to additional top-up and cannot be replaced with cash. If the purchase price exceeds the gift card amount, the difference must be paid in cash, by card or other payment method, and if the purchase price is less than the gift card amount, the remaining amount on the card is not refunded in cash. The gift card balance can be checked at the cash register of any of the company's stores. Goods paid for with a gift card can be returned or exchanged only in the store from which the goods were purchased, with the presence of a coupon and gift card. In case of return of the product purchased with a gift card, the amount will be refunded only to the same gift card, the amount is not subject to cash withdrawal. The card cannot be restored or refunded. It is not possible to purchase another gift card with a gift card.
