You can get a Fami bonus card and use it when making purchases at all Fami Group stores.
The card operates on a cumulative principle: when making purchases throughout the network, you accumulate points (1 point = 1 AMD), with which you can pay for up to 70% of the cost of subsequent purchases (except for gift cards, discounted and promotional products). In case of purchases up to 39,999 AMD, 5% of the points are accumulated, and from 40,000 AMD, 7% of the points are accumulated from the non-discounted assortment. 1% of the points are accumulated from discounted or promotional products. All points accumulated from purchases on the customer's and his/her child's/birthday, the preceding and following days (3 days in total) are doubled.
You can purchase a gift card at any of the company's stores or order it online.
The card cannot be exchanged for cash. You can return or exchange the product at the store where it was purchased. The process is carried out within 14 days, with the presence of the coupon and gift card.
The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 throughout the territory of Armenia. For purchases up to 20,000 AMD, the delivery cost in Yerevan is 1,000 AMD, and in the regions - 2,500 AMD. Delivery is free for purchases of 20,000 AMD and more. The product is subject to exchange or return within 14 days only with the receipt and label. Returns are carried out only in the case of approaching the store.
The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days only if you approach the same store, present the cash register receipt, the product and packaging are undamaged, the consumer properties, labels and appearance are preserved, and the seals (if any) are intact.
